I am an Assistant Professor of Construction Engineering and Management at Clemson University's School of Civil and Environmental Engineering and Earth Sciences. My research uses systems modeling, data analytics, and decision analysis to examine complex challenges in the built environment and construction sector. Current applications include circular economy transitions and collaborative project delivery, with the broader goal of supporting more efficient resource use, coordinated decision-making, and improved project and system performance.
Before joining Clemson, I was a Kummer Innovation and Entrepreneurship Doctoral Fellow at Missouri University of Science and Technology, where I earned my Ph.D. in Civil Engineering in July 2025. I hold an M.Sc. in Construction and Building Engineering from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (2020) and a B.Sc. in Building Engineering with an Environmental Design emphasis from Ain Shams University (2014).
